Core Fusion -
Core strength & mobility.

Strength & Stability -
Low impact seated and standing class to improve mobility, balance, and strength.

Basic Stretch - Dynamic and static stretches to relieve tight muscles and relax the body.

Yoga Classes

Yoga Flow - Instructor Marcia Hudgel
Set an intention for the day and move though yoga positions, stretching and strengthening all your muscles.

Yogilates - Instructor Marie Williamson
Integrate the techniques of Pilates and hatha yoga for a complete, challenging mind & body workout.

Chair Assisted Yoga - Instructor Patty Wack (at the Community Center)
This class includes warm-ups on the chair; breath work; standing; sitting and lying down poses on mats. Chairs are used to help with balance & support. Bring a yoga mat and towel/small blanket.

Kids’ Classes

Little Movers -
Ages 0-3 and their caregivers. Learn fine motor skills, play, balance, tumbling, and fun songs!

Rising Stars -
Basic tumbling & dance moves for early beginners ages 3.5-5.

Beginning tumbling and gymnastics skills for ages 6 and up.

Super Stars -
Intermediate tumbling & gymnastics skills by invitation.
